Why online coaching works

No commuting, access to the right coach rather than the nearest one, and the same structure as in-person work: clear goals, practical exercises between sessions and regular follow-up. Many clients find it easier to open up from their own space.

How it works in practice

After a free 15-minute discovery call, sessions of 60 minutes take place by secure video, weekly or every two weeks. You receive a confirmation email with your private link before each session, and rescheduling is free up to 24 hours in advance. Most engagements run 4 to 10 sessions.
