These terms govern the use of psynest.ae and the coaching services provided by Psynest in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, online and in person.

Services

Psynest offers personal development coaching, couples and family coaching, child and adolescent coaching, and corporate coaching. Psynest provides coaching services. Coaching is not a regulated clinical or medical treatment and does not replace psychotherapy, psychiatric care or medical advice. If you are in distress or crisis, please contact a licensed medical or mental health professional.

Booking, payment and cancellation

Sessions are booked through our online scheduling page and confirmed by email. Session packs grant a set number of sessions, debited only once a session is confirmed. Rescheduling or cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the appointment; late cancellations may be charged in full. Prices are displayed before payment and include applicable taxes.

Confidentiality and liability

Everything shared in sessions remains strictly confidential. Coaching outcomes depend on your engagement; Psynest cannot guarantee specific results. The website content is provided for information only and may be updated at any time.
