Contact details you share through our forms (name, email, phone number), booking information from our scheduling provider, and technical data such as anonymised usage statistics. Client area accounts also store session history and coaching notes entered by your practitioner.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to organise sessions, send confirmations and reminders, manage session packs, and improve the website. We never sell your data. Marketing measurements (analytics and pixels) are aggregated and used only to understand site traffic.

Storage and your rights

Data is hosted on secure servers with access limited to your practitioner. You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to sandra@psynest.ae. Confidential session content is protected by strict professional secrecy.

Psynest provides coaching services. Coaching is not a regulated clinical or medical treatment and does not replace psychotherapy, psychiatric care or medical advice.
